use of agro waste in calciner
i wanted to know what are the parameters i will have to change in the kiln operation of an ILC kiln to fire agrowaste in the calcinator.
what is the maximum limit of agrowaste firing in a calcinator with respect to total fuel firing.
what operational problems are expected?
at present we are using 80% petcoke & 20 % imported coal mix in kiln & calcinator firing.
we have a separate firing chute in calcinator for agrowaste firing.
Is use of agrowaste gives any cyclone jamming problems in the kiln system.
does it increases the heat consumption
I am new in this area.
please guide
