I want to use phospo gypsum for preparation of slag cement. I want to know the methods to reduce the acidity of phospo gypsum to make it suitable for slag cement manufacturing without which the self life of cement reduces and cement detoriates very fast.

We use for deep neutralization of phosphogypsum a compacting with high pressure on roller presses. Before pressing we introduse in phosphogypsum CaO, Al(OH)3, Fe(OH)3 or some of indastrial wastes.
