the actual problem is as follows:
1-kiln run with more than design feed
2-the oil ratio 33% main burner and calciner is 67% we tried to adjusted to 40%main and calciner is 60 but CO appeared in kiln inlet and ID fan draft with 93%?
3-for maintain the CO the TAD closed to 45% until increasing O2 in kiln inlet and negativity closed to -0.15 mbar

Hello Elwathig,
It appears that you may be close to the maximum feed rate for your ID fan capacity. How far above design feed rate are you running?
