I assume you have checked and calibrated the analyser - and the gas sampling lines and gas sample conditioning regime? I've seen people chase down several dead-end roads to try to explain very low NOx results, when in fact musch of it was being lost before it reached the analyser or not getting detected because of a faulty instrument!
