Dear Ted.

 

I gone through the details and found mainly fineness of the cement one of the important parameter for the 28 day strength and another one is alkali sulphure ratio.

 

apart from this any other specific region for lower 28 day strength (52 to 55 MpA) , because some of the plant still facing the problem  after maintaing cement PSD (3 to 30 micron > 70%) and A/S between 0.8 to 1.2%

we really want to know some other area to look for cement 28 day strength
