Fan shaft power calculation

Hello everyone,

plz tell me how to calculate fan shaft power at different rpm's, by knowing impeller weight and dimensions, and also plz explain exactly what is blade angle of an impeller,

All this for backward curve centrigugal fan or PH fan.
