The temperature of the cement produced should be less than 100 while grinding
Sulphite range to match C3A of clinker
Monitor 90 and 45 microns residue
We use a high purity gypsum i.e. > 90%
Every plant will be different so basically you have to find the right operating conditions of your plant to get the respective thickening times, compressive strength and free water of the cement according to the API SPec 10A standard.
Above is what we have been monitoring in the manufacture of Class G with success.
