Oil Well Cement

• The clinker chemistry is different from OPC clinker
• The blaine range when milling should be very consistent (operate in a range of 20 m2/Kg)
• The temperature of the cement produced should be less than 100 while grinding
• Sulphite range to match C3A of clinker
• Monitor 90 and 45 microns residue
• We use a high purity gypsum i.e. > 90%

Every plant will be different so basically you have to find the right operating conditions of your plant to get the respective thickening times, compressive strength and free water of the cement according to the API SPec 10A standard.

Above is what we have been monitoring in the manufacture of Class G with success.

Thanks for sharing the information on Oil Well Cement.Could you please also inform critical moduli values of Raw Meal or Kiln Feed for making G type Oil Well Cement both for MSR & HSR?
