Sir, can you plz share the formula to how to calculate TSR % 

 TSR  formula--

Total heat of any fuel  replaced by AFR is given    %TSR .

Total heat required in kiln -- Z KCAL  1000000 

 Heat give by coal -- X  KCAL   960000

AFR given heat-- Y   KCAL  --20000

% TSR=== Y/Z*100                40000/1000000*100  = 4%.

This sounds a very bad idea. The need to control the air balance around the kiln, cooler and tertiary air duct to ensure that there is enough tertiary air for the combustion in the precalciner.
