saving in ph fan

i want to know what is the impact on the fan power if we reduce false air in ph from 20 % to 10% ?

what is the change on fan pressure,volume & kw ?

Is the efficiency of fan increases by reducing the false air? If yes than how much?

Also if the damper loss of the fan is reduced by reducing the fan speed than what is the impact on the efficiecy of the fan?
