feeding of tyre dust

Dear expert,

         I am facing mixing problem in silo after mixing of tyre dust with fine coal (Bituminus important or pet coke) silo due to density differtence of 0.40 kg/m3.

       Can any process for mixing  for smooth feeding of kiln firing.

You may install high blending efficiency powder mixer for effective blending of two different fuels.However; it needs additional capital investment and space for installation in the existing plant.
