Rule of thumb for open or close circuit grinding

Dear Expert,

We always maintain ball mill outlet fineness  >60% baline respect to the final product (at mill discharge material).

Can you please share any related document for this rule.

or any guideline what should be our fineness at ball mill (cement) out let fineness (blaine or %R45) in close circuit mill (with or with out pregrinder).

Hi,

Its the same as circulation factor and it depends on your product blaine and seperator type.

can you please give some more elaboration for  your point, basically I am asking about at mill discharge finess ( in which separator work excluded)
