Electrostatic neutralisation of cement

Dear Experts!

I am looking for system which helps to neutralize electrostatic charges of cement. Do you have any kind of experience on the subject?

Hi,

To reduce electrostatic charge you should use Grinding aids.

Dear,

    what is indication that show  cement have electrostatic charge at time of grinding. Any way to measuring on line at time of grinding of clinker in mill.
