How kiln production varies with Kiln RPM?
Dear Sir,
Our is wet based sludge cemet kiln having size 3.75 M ID X 120 M lg Its speed can varies up to 2 ,presently it is opereating at 1.78 RPM.
Can you send me formula to determine kiln production .

With variation of kiln rpm kiln volumetric filling %, will also be changed.Normal range of kiln volumetric filling is 13-14% and it can be calculated by the following formula:
