.Any on line system which can  use to measure tph clinker discharge from cooler before DBC.If we can do.

We can calculate clinker to raw meal ratio more reliable than raw meal to clinker conversion

Its reliability will be always doubtful as new coating may form consuming some part of the feed which will not come out as clinker, moreover many times when coating will fall it will add to the increased quantity of clinker passing so at different times we will get different ratios

         But all day average give better result and make reliable factor for varified kiln tpd.
