We are noticing higher kiln creep at our middle tyre(>60mm) and at the 3rd tyre inlet side (>30mm). What can be bad effects on the klin and on the refractory?

30 mm creep at inlet Tyre is more but need not to worry you can do the shimming in your next oppertunity.
But 60 MM creep at middle Tyre (Burnning Zone) is very much high. This high creep is very dangerous for tyre. The Tire will wear fast. this will further lead to Refractory damage.
If you are always getting this creep at middle tyre then need to do the correct shimming urgently.
If this new problem is from some time then there may be nose ring formation (Heavy Coating) inside the Kiln.
