Kiln flame effect

Dear  Expert,

    What is best shape of flame for Nox reduction in  100% Pet coke  firing ,

   How to control Peak of temp. in flame.

Which burner do u have? Reduce center air if available, u can also inject h2o into the flame

 We have fives pillard low nox burner .

Water spray with centre. pipe  reduced over all  flame temp. but  NOx is reduced  with low flame temp,but can not control peaks of flame temp.

Please tell me what kind of Kiln Burner Valve Train do you have?It is MY type?Does the valve train has primary and secondary circuit?
