We are facing red spot on kiln shell at 10m..what is the best action should i do?

Dear sir,
Have you any change in flame shape in running kiln or change coating formation in running kiln by changing in fuel and raw mix design.
Pl share your kiln temp profile befor and after red spot with flame shape.
Wider flame with spliting on one side also indicate peak temp on 10.m before red spot on kiln shell.
