we have close circuit ball mill the feeding that we can attain is only at 50 percent of the maximum capacity ,we can't increase more because sound becomes dull already we allow only 2%moisture content of the feed, chamber 2 temperature reaches 120 degrees centigrade. no water injection with opc grinding

What is the maximum of the clinker size entering first chamber?
What is your damper percentage at the mill fan?
Your second chamber temeperature is too high, you need increace draft of mill fan and/or spray water in first chamber, depending on matrial temp. at middle diafragm.
You might have an incorrect ball charge.

largest size of clinker is 60mm , 100% damper openning at mill fan , no hole for fresh air at mill inlet also no hole for water injection . our ball mill is operated manually not automatic

what is the percentage of clinker with 60 mm overall?
check your diafragms and measure the opening. also check the opening in the middle of diafragms for blockages.
i dont understand what u mean by manual mill? do u have a separator?
can u email the mill specifics? size, capacity? liner type? .....
