cement characteristics

hello All,

I produce CEM II-B (P-W) 42.5N.

Clinker : 70%, Fly ash 20%, Pozzolan 10%, Gypsum 3%

2 days : 24 MPa, 7 days : 36 Mpa, 28 days : 48 Mpa

Setting time : 190 to 200 minutes

Expansion : 1-2 mm

Water Demand : 36% to 36.5%

Granulometry : 0% > 90microns, 5% > 45 microns, 25% > 25 microns

Blaine : 4700 to 4900

cement temperature at the ball mill outlet : 80 to 90 deg. Celcius

cement teemperature after the bag filter : 60 to 70 deg. Celcius

XRF Analysis 

CaO = 61.51%, SiO2 = 19.17%, Al2O3 = 5.28%, MgO = 1.24%, Fe2O3 = 4.54%, SO3 = 3.2%

Clorine = 0.001%

Any comments about the quality of the cement that I produce ?

Any steps to improve it further without adding more clinker ?
