CO2 Calculation Method/Formula

I don’t understand your question?

You want to know the CO2 from raw material? Or CO2 from organic matter in your raw material?

Or want the relation between CO2 from raw material and fuel on the kiln?

Also regarding the kiln dust CO2 usually if you don’t have analysis of % calcination of it you use the rule of tomb of 100% calcined for preheater kilns and 40% for long kilns.

But I have seen other values depending on the kiln type from 90% for preheater to 60% for long kiln.

i'm asking about heat input & heat output due to partially decarbonisation of material.

1. Raw Meal ... In put

2. Kiln Ehasut Dust .... Output

3. Coal Ash .... Input

please ignore the Co2 from organic substance.
