WE ARE GETTING 0.7 TO 0.8% CHLORIDE IN HOT MEAL WITH 1.6% so3 WITH ALMOST NIL ALKALIES .

WE ARE USING AFR WITH 2% CHLORIDES . 

SHC IS 690 KCAL/KG . 80% PETCOKE & 20% INDIAN COAL.

KILN FEED 95% LSF WITH 2.1 SM. R90 MIC IS 1.8%.

FINE FUEL MIX 1.5% R 90 MIC.

5 STAGE ILC KILN . SINGLE PH .

WE ARE FACING PROBLEM OF FREQUENT DRAFT INCREASE OF BOTTOM STAGE CYCLONE &  2 TIMES FEED PIPE BLOCKAGE STOPPAGE .

KINDLY SUGGEST TO OVERCOME .

Dear

             Higher % CL In hot meal need to reduced %degree of calcination by reducing temp and increase Oxygen level in calciner and reducing coating formation into bottom cycline feed pipe and cone.

Need action for above condition by reducing feed  with coal / af feed rate and cleaned feed pipe cone timely before draft got zero .

You may install gama ray at bottom cyclone for avoid plant stoppage.

if any partial bloakage the id fan well increase 

from time to time say 2 hour remove the coat from the places that you mentioned and errect air cannon in these places and the  the time piriod say 3 minutes
