Cyclone Splash Box and dispersion plate

Dear Experts can I request you to please share the new development in cyclone feed pipe splash box and dispersion plate for further improve the heat transfer efficiency in cyclones. Also it is very useful if you share the basic design guideline for both like:- Min or max angle of dispersion plate?? recommended projection of the dispersion plate inside the cyclone??? with regards Raju Verma

For practical purpose 27-30 degree for dispersion plate and projection is around 50 mm
