What is the impact of maintaining positive pressure in the kiln hood ?
Is this affect the flame shape and size ? And is there any effect on the brick lining in burning zone ?

Maintaining positive in hood may disturb the flame. Also it is dangeraous from mechanical damage point of view in Hood and Cooler. Positive pressure causes Kiln flame frequently shifting its lengthdue to drfit and may damage refractory also.
