Roll press vibration

Dear expert,

  What are  the control factor for rollpress vibration . Vibration controll by feed stock moisture is high energy cosumption process control after grinding& even proces control for wet partical grinding causing  frequently  roll press tripping& equipment jerking more when roll prees in finshing mode operatnion in cement mill .

re Roll press vibration

You need to make sure there is a constant column of material in the chute and hopper above the rolls. Any starving of the feed to the rolls will cause high vibration and "shooting" of the rolls.
