Cement production in Azerbaijan declined 1.2 per cent YoY in the 9M19 to 2.539Mt, according to the State Statistics Committee. Overall construction materials output rose by 4.2 per cent in terms of value to AZN580.5m (US$342.2m) in the 9M19.
