This represents an increase of 5.5 per cent YoY and of 18.8 per cent when compared with August 2019, according to Sin Comillas. The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and a consortium of companiese Terek-Tash LLC and ZENIT Firm LLC have signed an investment agreement to build two cement plants in the country.
