Cementos Valderrivas has completed the sale to Votorantim Cimentos of its 50% stake in the Uruguayan company Cementos Artigas, in an operation tied to the divestiture of other 50% in Cementos Avellaneda and Minus, both based in Argentina. The deal is worth US$204,21m, slightly above the November announcement of US$201m. Cimentos Votorantim would be a partner in Uruguay and Argentina with the also Spaniard Molins.
