Buzzi Unicem SpA, Italy’s largest Construction, Engineering & Materials company by market capitalisation, plunged €2.25 (or 21.3 per cent) to €8.30 in the week ending Friday October 10.

The price is at a discount of 39.7 per cent to the 3-month volume weighted average price of €13.76, which may appeal as a value proposition. The stock fell for a third week on Friday. Compared with the MIBTEL Index which fell 4,142.0 points (or 21.1 per cent) in the week, this represented a relative price change of 7.6 per cent.

The price crashed 38 per cent in the last month. In the last six months the number of falls outnumbered rises 17:9 or 1.89:1.
