The Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s Al-Rajihi Group announced that the group will start production from its two cement factories in Jordan in May of next year, local news reported.  
 
After a meeting with the Jordanian Prime Minister, he pointed out that the Jordanian government has pledged to clear all obstacles facing foreign investors in the country, particularly from the Gulf region.  
 
Al-Rajhi chairman said that the group’s cement factories at Qatraneh in southern Jordan and in Mafraq near the border with Iraq would start production in May at a rate of more than 4Mta.
