Gyzyldash cement plant scheduled to begin in 2013

Within the next month Gyzyldash Cement will begin construction of a 5000tpd clinker plan (2Mta cement plant) in Azerbaijan.

The contract was signed by Azerbaijan with Norm LLC and a consortium consisting of China Triumph International Engineering Co (CTIEC) and Japanese Mitsubishi Corporation for the turnkey construction of the plant.

CEO of Norm LLC Hasan Yalchinkaya said in an interview with Turan Information Agency, the project works are on schedule and in May 2013 the test production of cement products will begin. Clinker production is expected to be started in September.

Norm LLC was established on May 4, 2006 for the construction of a cement plant and for the further sale of the finished product.
