Saudi Arabian orders for Gebr Pfieffer

Gebr Pfieffer has received two major grinding technology orders in the booming Saudi Arabian market.

Najran Cement Company (NCC) in Saudi Arabia has placed a third repeat order with the company for a vertical roller mill at its 5000tpd production Line No 3.

In December 2011, the general contractor China Electrical Equipment Imp & Exp Co (CEIEC) placed the order for a 500tph MPS 5000 B vertical roller mill for raw material grinding. 

In addition to supplying the core components of the grinding plant, Geb. Pfeiffer will provide workshop drawings for mill components to be manufactured locally and supervise their manufacture in the Chinese workshops as well as the installation and the commissioning of the grinding plant. Delivery of the mill is scheduled for the second half of 2012.

Al Jouf Cement Line No 2

In February 2012, the Chengdu Design & Research Institute of Building Materials Industry Co, part of the Sinoma group and acting as General Contractor for Al Jouf’s new 5000tpd line No 2, contracted for an MPS 5000 B vertical roller mill for raw material grinding.

The MPS raw mill to be installed is designed for a capacity of 450tph.

In addition to the supply of the core components of the grinding plant, Gebr. Pfeiffer will provide workshop drawings for mill components to be manufactured locally and supervise their manufacture in the Chinese workshops as well as the installation and the commissioning of the grinding plant. Delivery of the mill is slated for the fourth quarter of 2012.
