China Shanshui Cement said it proposes to conduct an international offering of senior notes and would commence a series of roadshow presentations beginning on or around 11 April 2012 to institutional investors in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Deutsche Bank, HSBC and J.P. Morgan have been appointed as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
The pricing of the notes, including the aggregate principal amount, the offer price and interest rates, will be determined through a book building exercise to be conducted by the joint lead managers as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
Shanshui Cement currently intends to use the proceeds from the proposed notes issue to refinance a portion of its existing borrowings. It may reallocate the use of proceeds in response to future events or developments. Approval in-principle has been received for the listing and quotation of the notes on the SGX-ST.
