Indocement orders seven Loesche mills

Indocement has ordered seven Loesche Vertical Roller Mills (VRM) for the new production line at Citeureup cement plant, 45km south of Jakarta, Indonesia.

The new production line will consist of two Type LM 56.4 mills for the grinding of cement raw material. Each will have a capacity of 400tph at a product fineness of 10 per cent R90μm.

Two further, LM 28.3 D mills will be grinding coal at a maximum rate of 40tph at a product fineness of 12 per cent R 90μm.

For the clinker grinding the client relies on three Loesche VRMs type LM 56.3+3. Each mill will be producing 240tph of PPC cement with a fineness of 19 per cent R32μm.

In addition to the VRMs for the cement grinding, the Loesche scope of supply includes the cyclones, dedusting filters, fans as well as the corresponding hot gas generators for the cement mills.

Delivery for Citeureup plant will start in August 2014.
