Loesche wins another order at Dangote's Ibese works

Dangote Cement has placed another order with Loesche for a VRM cement mill, this time for its new Ibese 7 project.

Loesche will supply a LM63.3+3 mill for clinker to be ground with components such as gypsum and limestone.This is the seventh LM63.3+3 to be ordered by Dangote for the Ibese works, and the total capacity of the seven mills will be well over 2000tph.

In addition, Loesche will deliver a hot gas generator type LF20 (burner dual fuel HFO/natural gas) and the complete mechanical equipment between the mill pre-bins and the product bucket elevator. Also in Loesche’s scope of supply is the complete electrical equipment and automation, the building steel structure as well as the detail engineering of the civil works. The latest generation LDC classifier will also be delivered by Loesche. Commissioning is scheduled end of April 2014.
