China: Asia Cement gives 1H net profits warning

Asia Cement said it expects to record a substantially lower net profit for the six months ended 30 June 2015 as compared with the same period in 2014. The decrease in net profit in first half of 2015 was primarily attributable to the decrease in average selling price of the company's products compared with that of the corresponding period of the previous year.

It is expected the interim results announcement will be issued by the end of August.
