The bid to block LafargeHolcim burning tyres at its plant in Brookfield, Nova Scotia, Canada, has been rejected by a Supreme Court judge, according to CBC News.
Following the alternative fuel project receiving green-light approval from the Environment Minister, opponents of the plans went to court seeking a judicial review of the minister’s decision.
