Russia's Pervaya Stroitelnaya Kompaniya (PSK) has announced plans to construct a cement plant at the Borisovsky deposit in Petrovsky, Tambov region. PSK had previously purchased assets from Tambov-Cement Co, which owned the licence to develop the deposit and build the same facility.
Infrastructure preparation is expected to begin in 2019, with the processing lines to be launched in 2025. The final capacity of the plant is anticipated to exceed 1.2Mta, while total investment in the project is estimated at RUB10bn (US$146.87m).
