Bangladesh’s Confidence Cement Ltd announced a 35 per cent dividend (15 per cent cash and 20 per cent bonus) for its shareholders for the year ended 30 June, 2018.  

Furthermore, Zahir Uddin Ahmed was re-elected as managing director of the company for a period of three years with effect from 1 February 2018. Rupam Kishor Barua and Salman Karim, directors who retire by rotation, were also re-elected.
