Following reports that its total profit fell 54 per cent in 2018, Egypt-based South Valley Cement has announced that it made a loss in the first three months of 2019.
The company has recorded a net loss of EGP38.45m (US$2.3m) in the 1Q19, compared to a net profit of EGP5.9m in the corresponding period of 2018.
