Attock Cement seeks a supply of minerals

Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd has planned to outsource raw materials for its cement plant at Hub Choki in the Balochistan province from January 2023 to June 2023. The company asked the minerals suppliers to send the best quotation for the supply of 50,000t of gypsum and 75,000t of iron ore during this period. Bids are due on 10 January 2023.

The company started commercial production in 1988 with a plant capacity of 2000tpd of clinker (approximately 0.6Mta). Through a series of expansions, with the latest line added in FY17-18, Attock Cement boasts a production capacity of 3Mta. With the factory located in Hub, Balochistan, the company is currently running three manufacturing plants at its facilities.
