Founded by Mr. Shyamashish Ghoshal with a 20 year Tenure at India’s finest Engineering Corporation L&T. Mr Ghoshal founded SPPL in 1996 with a view to offer quality engineered products to the user, with maximum customer satisfaction. Our product range is vast from Heavy-duty fabricated items to shipbuilding & ship repairs • Our main products are: • Steel & Cement Plant Equipment which includes: Clinker Cooling unit up to 120t • 20m-long, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, chimney • other process equipment as per ASME standard • Structural steel sheds, pre-fabricated structural buildings with detailing design capability. • Dish end tanks up to 40mm thick plates suitable for Process plants & nuclear power plants etc. • Jack up barges for piling, survey , dredging etc • Gantries ranging from 50-250t • Pipe rack systems • Stainless steel fabricated process equipments for all process plants • Self-propelled medium craft vessels, Tugs, barges, caisson gates, floating Marina etc as per IACS standard. • Floating Buoys for multiple marine application. • Heavy duty interlock gratings suitable to carry load of even army tanks We can fabricate any engineering item as per customers drawing. We also have our own detail engineering department with ACD Drawings. We have worked under several classification societies like: UDHE, Toyo, EIL, BV, TUV Nord,IRS,Loyds,GIL,ABS etc & have a strong Customer base comprising of India’s reputed engineering, cement, steel, infrastructure Industries & Ship owners. We have complete infrastructure including sand & shot blasting & other requisite welding machinery for manufacturing & safe transportation of over dimensional products in India as well as for export overseas. For shipbuilding we have a 150ft wide Jetty & slipway & enough space to tug vessels in for repair , refurbishment as well as building new vessels. All products manufactured by us are made from Materials & welding/Fabrication process confirming to relevant BS/ASTM/DIN/ISO Standards.
