Our establishment, known as ADO CIMENTO, established in 7th of August 1997 in Antalya has changed it name and become AS CEMENT Co. and made an integrated investment to Burdur’s village, Bucak in 2003. According to our big experience in the cement industry, As Cement Co. decided to construct a second production line in 2006 after first production line was installed in 2005. Starting operations the Rotary kiln in the new investment, our clinker capacity has been increased to 4.000.000 ton/year and cement capacity increased to 5.500.000 ton/year.Our factory, targeting to be the biggest in the Mediterranean region, had a record 170 per cent enlargement with 210mtons/hour output rated vertical Loesche cement mill. In addition, our export target for 2008 is 300million U.S. Dollars. Due to our ongoing investment schedule, in one year time period our clinker production has increased three more to its current state. As a result, by doing the production from one location AS CEMENT; is the biggest clinker and cement production line in Europe, Middle East and Turkey.Under the body of AS Group, there are group companies doing business in Concrete, Plastic, Mining Sectors and Port Operations.
