Anhui Ningguo Chengxin wear-resistant material Co ltd, who is a professional manufacturer of chrome alloy casting grinding balls and cylpebs, our product is widely used in domestic and overseas cement production(like Conch, China united Cement Corporation, Sinoma, BBMG corporation etc.) and mine plant. There are six workshops, nine sets of medium-frequency induction furnaces, three sets of full-automatic heat treatment production lines, one transformer substation and one ZZ416ALP vertical parting flaskless shoot squeeze molding machine in our plant, and the product capability has achieved 30,000 metric tons by several years of hard work. The test equipments in the Quality Inspection Center are full. Direct reading sectrometer is used throughout the whole procedure for controlling chemical composition, as well as Carbon sulpphur analyzer, Roclwell hardness tester, falling impact machine, especially one microstructure analyzer.
