AMSEnergy designs waste heat recovery solutions and/or can provide Heat Pipe Heat Exchangers featuring thermosyphon heat pipe technology that allows for greater thermal energy transfer than other heat exchanger technologies. Including the higher thermal energy transfer rate, other benefits include lower pressure drop, smaller footprint, less maintenance due to less fouling and are able to handle hot and dirty temperatures up to 1000°C/1800°F. Our heat pipe heat exchangers are virtually maintenance free due to only one point of contact between each heat pipe and the partition plate which eliminates any expansion/contraction stresses of the metals. We can provide gas-to-gas, gas-to-liquid and liquid-to-liquid units.
