New plant for Uzbekistan under planning17 July 2013, Published under Cement NewsThe Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (AMMP) is to build a 1.5Mta cement plant in Surkhandarya region in southern Uzbekistan by 2017. According to reports by the Times of Central Asia, the government has instructed AMMP to start negotiations with Turkey’s Dal Teknik Makina on the project’s implementation.
