KHD signs contracts in Russia

 ZAB Zementanlagenbau GmbH Dessau (ZAB), Dessau, Germany, a subsidiary of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD), Germany, has signed contracts totalling over EUR100m for equipment and services for a new cement plant with a production capacity of 4500tpd clinker. The new plant will be built in the Northern Caucasus region of Russia.

KHD wins orders from JSW Cement, India

Humboldt Wedag India Private Ltd (India) and Humboldt Wedag GmbH (Germany), two subsidiaries of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, have signed contracts to supply equipment and services for eight slag grinding units in India. A significant component of each slag grinding unit includes two KHD roller presses with a total capacity of 180tph. The customer, JSW Cement Ltd, is part of the same group as the Indian steel producer JSW Steel Ltd.

KHD's first-quarter revenue down, order intake increases

KHD Humboldt Wedag reported a 15.4 per cent decline in revenue for 1Q15 to EUR50.7m compared to the first quarter of the previous year, while the order intake increased but was "still not entirely satisfactory," according to the German equipment supplier. KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG (KHD) reported EBIT of EUR 1.1m in the 2014 financial year, despite slightly lower revenue.
