Dispatches across the country and Liechtenstein fell from 1.020Mt in 1Q2011 to 0.798Mt. The Swiss cementassociation attributes the decrease to the cold weather during the period, which saw the pouring of concrete halted, unlike the previous year when building activity was hardly interrupted. |
