New Tajikistan-China joint venture set for commissioning08 August 2013, Published under Cement NewsA joint Tajikistan and Chinese enterprise is to start commissioning of its 1Mta cement plant at the end of this month, a spokesperson for the Tajikistan's Ministry of Energy and Industry (MoEI) has said.
