Hoffmann Green signs H-IONA deal in French market

Hoffmann Green has signed an agreement with materials trading specialist VM Matériaux making VM Matériaux the first distributor on mainland France of H-IONA carbon-free cement. The H-IONA technology developed by Hoffmann Green is a multi-purpose cement for concrete and mortar, with a carbon footprint five times lower than traditional Portland cement. H-IONA will be available in 25kg bags at the 50 sales outlets of the VM Matériaux network.

Aker Carbon Capture will deliver a pre-engineering study to the energy company St1 for the development of a carbon capture facility at Finnsementti ’s Lappeenranta cement plant.
