Taiwan Cement orders more battery power storage

NHOA SA, formerly Engie EPS, has won an order to deliver a 22MWh battery storage project to  Taiwan Cement Corp (TCC). IKN commissions Matres-Tolosane clinker cooler

An IKN Pendulum Cooler ® successfully started operation early this year at Martres-Tolosane cement plant in France.   IKN commissioned a 2500tpd cooler for a new production line at the Lafarge France ( Holcim group ) plant. Designed for use of up to 85 per cent alternative fuel, IKN’s clinker cooler reflects is equipped with a most modern single grate drive – dynamic linear drive (DLD), roll crusher with three rolls at the cooler end as well as a bypass.

Redecam commissions Bamburi Cement baghouse

Redecam has commissioned a new bag filter at Bamburi Cement  ( Holcim Group ), Mombasa , Kenya. The project required a turnkey solution to convert the main kiln and electrostatic precipitator for a new baghouse. The project had been scheduled for 2020 but had been delayed because of COVID-19. There were no loss-in-time accidents.

Bedeschi has been awarded the complete revamping project to be managed by Domicem ( Colacem group ) for the limestone reclaiming system located at the San Cristobal plant, Dominican Republic.
